Notes from the 2017/8 meeting forums Employee Volunteering

- How to rethink engagement with our corporate partners.
Looking at what we mean by skill based volunteering. Taking responsibility for better expressing our needs and asking corporate coordinators to challenge the concept that employee volunteering isn't only fence painting. Designed a draft template in partnership with our corporate partners.

- Starting the conversation..........mental health and volunteering
Developing discussion with both coordinators and members of the public on expectations and motivations on volunteering with mental health. This lead to the development of a draft Volunteer inclusion Plan, ViP. This theme will be continued in 2018/2019.
