Satisfaction and case studies


First of all thanks so much for yesterday, I found the afternoon extremely informative and its definitely made me aware of some inadequacies in our volunteer policy which I will be flagging up with senior management today.
My Team Leaders found its really beneficial as well, we all went for coffee afterwards and had a brain storm, they are a lovely lot and asked me to pass on their thanks to you.



 
I want to thank you again for all your help and invaluable advice in making the Progression and Enrichment Fair at Riverside Dene Campus of Newcastle College yesterday such an amazing success. I was delighted at how the day unfolded and I have already received such positive comments from some of my students. THEY were delighted with the variety and range of the attendees and the advice that was given.

That to me shows what a fantastic and invaluable role you play and how organisations respond to you and your excellent co-ordination of all the organisations.

Thanks again for the opportunity to be included in your newsletter. I have had a great response to the training I offered in your last one. I had 4 serious enquiries, 3 of which have booked training courses in the next 2 weeks and the other is still interested. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue including our funded training opportunities.


Huge thanks for your recent support assisting us a with a request for a volunteer joiner. Having been linked up by you we are delighted to have been offered the voluntary services of an experienced joiner/carpenter to enable us to complete our charity project.

We have also successfully recruited an amazing media/pr volunteer who advertised with yourselves. Being a small organisation we have been unable to afford the services of PR consultants in the past and have missed opportunities for media coverage due to lack of skills in this area. Our new volunteer is perfect for us; experienced, knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic. Many thanks once again.
