Join North Tyneside Art Studio in creating a visually stunning large scale origami installation of 10,000 yellow and blue cranes as a mark of solidarity with Ukraine and a symbol of what can be achieved when people come together.
In Japanese culture the Crane represents peace and hope and the large wings are said to offer protection to those in need. A perfect symbol in a time of war.
Get together with your groups, friends and family and be part of this amazing project. NTAS will provide origami packs, paper, guides and tutorials and host a number of Crane Making workshops across North Tyneside.
