Management Committee Member

• Join a busy Baby Equipment Loan Service and Toy Library (BELS & TL) for families in North Tyneside.
• Become an ‘Advisor’ to the Management Committee for 6 -12 months.
• Then a Trustee of the Charity.
• Be involved in the supervision of Staff and Volunteers.
• Be involved in fundraising opportunities for the Project.
• Be involved in the governance of BELS & TL.

Skills

• Commitment to attend regular bi monthly meetings and sub groups as required.
• To undertake relevant training in the ethos and the policies of the Project.
• Experience of managing and supervision of Staff and Volunteers. (not essential)
• Experience of fundraising and bookkeeping. (not essential).
• Enthusiastically assist in the promotion of the BELS & TL.
