Skills
At our megastore, you’ll work across a range of tasks, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes, with activities including:
- Customer service: Providing an excellent shopping experience and helping customers with any queries.
- Sorting donations: Organising and displaying donations to maximise their impact in the store.
- Processing transactions: Handling sales and working with our till system.
- Store operations: Learning about stock management, visual merchandising, and running an efficient retail operation.
- Develop your business and commercial skills: Gain valuable experience in business operations, retail management, and social enterprise – skills that are highly transferable to any career.
