We are looking for 2 volunteers to act as escorts on our transport
- 8 30am to 10am is one role and
- 3 30pm to 5 pm is the other role
We will pay for and source DBS, work wear and suitable training.
The role outline is to travel with the driver to elders homes, assist them in getting on and off transport and to escort them to and from their homes to the day centre
Skills
- To be reasonably fit and healthy to enable them to board and alight the bus and assist elders to access the transport
- Confident and cheerful
We would require them to attend the centre to meet the bus driver at 8.30am and be out on the transport until 10 30 am on each of the three days
