We are looking for volunteers to help support some community events this summer.
We need volunteers at
- Newcastle United Foundation Health Event on Sunday 31 July from 9am
- Family Fun Days in Hodgkin Park on Wednesday 2 July, 3 August and 10 August from 10:30 – 2pm.
- Newcastle Mela, Exhibition Park on Sunday 28 and Monday 29 August. 10 am onwards.
At all of these events we would like you to talk to people about vaccinations, answer any questions or concerns people may have, and refer them to on site vaccine clinics. A member of staff will be with you on the day and will meet with you before hand to answer any questions. You will also be given some FAQs to help answer queries.
You don’t have to come along for the full day, but if you can spare 2 or 3 hours and would like to get involved please email: Hannah.morrow@newcatle.gov.uk.
