Volunteer Co-ordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to join our team and help us manage our invaluable volunteers.

The role:

You will be responsible for the fantastic group of volunteers that support our work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stewardship: Ensure our volunteers feel valued and supported.
• Recruitment and Retention: Attract new volunteers and maintain engagement with existing ones.
• Public Conduct: Manage how volunteers represent the charity in public.
• Training: Organise and oversee training sessions for volunteers.
• Code of Conduct: Implement and manage a code of conduct for all volunteers.
• Health and Wellbeing: Monitor and support the health and wellbeing of our volunteers.
• Activity Logging: Keep accurate records of volunteer hours and activities.
