Volunteer Centre Newcastle aims to provide an excellent service to its volunteers, organisations, support services, companies and funders.

We try to make our services even better by listening to feedback about our work and taking action when necessary.

If you have a concern or complaint about any service you have received then please be aware that we follow Volunteering Matters policy.

Please feel free to contact us directly and we will send you the complaints policy or we may be able to answer your question or complaint through direct discussion.
