Skills

• Good gardening knowledge and experience is preferred but not essential.
• Enthusiasm for gardening, nature, and the environment.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
• A friendly and reliable approach.
• An interest in supporting the wellbeing of older people.
