Fundraiser

The charity is looking to appoint a fundraiser who will tailor individual bids for funds from grant making trusts and who will oversee efforts to raise funds from online donations.

The charity would like to welcome new volunteers to the group to assist in its campaigns (including World Mental Health Day) to reduce the stigma and discrimination often experienced by people with mental health problems.

Skills

• It is essential for the volunteer to have a proven track record of fundraising.
• No previous experience, specific skills or qualifications in the field of mental health is necessary.
• Empathy for vulnerable adults and a belief in equal opportunities is necessary.
