- Fundraising & Development (trusts/foundations, corporate partnerships)
- Climate & Emissions Efficiency (sustainable practices, carbon reduction)
- Corporate Property & Venue Management (leasing, facilities, asset optimisation)
- Hospitality & Commercial Operations (income generation, marketing, events)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Team in realising Alphabetti’s vision and long-term sustainability
- Ensure robust governance, financial health, and risk management.
- Act as an ambassador, championing Alphabetti’s missions to funders, stakeholders and communities

- Attend 4 board meetings yearly (hybrid/in-person) and contribute to subcommittees.
- Take part in training and development in line with Alphabetti’s vision and mission (e.g. anti racism training, deaf awarreness training)
- Warmly encouraged to regularly attend performances and key events at Alphabetti throughout the year
