Our forum connects people affected by bowel cancer, enabling them to give and receive support.
As a volunteer moderator, you will use your experience and knowledge of bowel cancer to help make our community a safe and welcoming place.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Using your experience of bowel cancer to support others, join in discussions and signpost members to appropriate sources of support
- Ensuring our forum is welcoming to all and that members follow our community rules
- Sharing ideas and concerns with Bowel Cancer UK staff and fellow moderators
- Attending regular moderator catchups with staff and other volunteer moderators
