FUNDRAISER

Blyth Tall Ship relies on the generosity of our community and supporters to continue preserving and celebrating our maritime heritage. As a Volunteer Fundraiser, you will support a wide range of fundraising activities, from community fayres and open days to mass participation and challenge events. Your contribution will help raise vital funds and awareness to keep Blyth’s maritime story alive.

  • Support the planning, organisation, and delivery of fundraising events, including open days, community fayres, mass participation activities, and challenge events.
  • Engage with members of the public in a friendly and approachable manner to promote Blyth Tall Ship’s work.
  • Assist with running stalls, raffles, and activities at events.
  • Encourage donations, sponsorships, and participation in fundraising initiatives.
  • Provide practical support on event days, including set-up and pack-down.
  • Work with staff and fellow volunteers to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
