Help with the upkeep and protection of the garden to allow it to be used for all
• Tiding, weeding, pruning trees and plants, and grass cuttings
• Growing plants from seeds or cuttings
• Looking after and maintain the garden equipment, greenhouse and decking
• Being the friendly face of the garden to answer questions anyone may have
• Have a key voice in the development and future of the garden
• May oversee a group of helpers in the garden
Skills
• Experience and knowledge of gardening would be an advantage
• Experience of using gardening equipment
• Ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures
• Being able to work as part of a team and on own
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work outside in all types of weather
