Grow Forward is a regular supported group volunteering session on Fridays at Ouseburn Farm for anyone aged 18+, living in the North East and currently unemployed.
Grow Forward includes a variety of animal care and horticultural volunteering on our farm and in our gardens and is a great way to build confidence, improve wellbeing, learn practical skills, improve employment prospects and develop a sense of belonging and community.
Sessions take place in a supportive, inclusive environment and are run by our experienced team, who make sure everyone feels safe, welcome, and part of the group - whether it’s your first time on the farm or you’ve been before.
When: Fridays, 10am–12pm
