Job Centre Ambassador (addiction support)

Be present at Byker Job Centre at an agreed regular time.

• Provide information on recovery resources available across Newcastle.
• Share details about relevant meetings, groups, community services, and support options.
• Speak with people identified by Job Centre staff as having support needs.
• Take part in one‑to‑one conversations, or sit in on staff-led one‑to‑ones, to offer guidance, encouragement, and hope
