- Speak with people identified by Job Centre staff as having support needs.
- Take part in one‑to‑one conversations, or sit in on staff-led one‑to‑ones, to offer guidance, encouragement, and hope

Availability Details
Correspondence with volunteer is by text/telephone/email and we will ask the volunteer their preferred method of contact. The volunteer will meet the volunteer coordinators at minimum once to have an informal interview.
