One to one team

Supporting people with college homework, individual language practice etc

Tasks include:

• Supporting individuals with homework they have brought
• Supporting with activities one to one, e.g reading practice.

• excited to learn from others,
• able to encourage participants to share what they have to say and what they’d like to learn,
• willing to use a variety of methods to promote communication,
• sensitive to the challenges members may face, committed to confidentiality,
• committed to inclusion and equality,
• able to encourage and promote a safe, friendly environment,
• willing to be involved in a group project, initiative and ability to volunteer unsupervised, while knowing when and how to ask for advice.
