Tasks include:
- Supporting individuals with homework they have brought
- Supporting with activities one to one, e.g reading practice.

- excited to learn from others,
- able to encourage participants to share what they have to say and what they’d like to learn,
- willing to use a variety of methods to promote communication,
- sensitive to the challenges members may face, committed to confidentiality,

- able to encourage and promote a safe, friendly environment,
- willing to be involved in a group project, initiative and ability to volunteer unsupervised, while knowing when and how to ask for advice.
