Race for Peace Event support

The Race for Peace - a worldwide series of community-led events united by a simple but powerful idea: peace through participation.

• Event Marshals - Supporting event organisers, monitoring Health and Safety, managing the crowd/ attendees, welcoming and customer service
• Volunteer Co-ordinations - Managing the teams of volunteers at both sites, overseeing and supporting the volunteers in their roles, supporting the event organisers
• VIP Guest Support - Looking after the hospitality of the VIP guests and speakers and supporting them with timings and placement
• Event Co-ordinators - Supporting the event organisers delivery the event and programme of the day, monitoring all the activities and performance, time keeping and supporting them volunteer co-ordination
• Event Support - Suppring the Event Co-ordinations
• Performance Co-ordinators - Supporting the performers ensuring they are ready, timely and happy
• Activities Co-ordinators - supporting the activity leaders, monitoring the participation and ensuring the activities are completed smoothly
