Byker store has a ramp for wheelchair access and a all sorting is done downstairs. unfortunatley there are no toilet facilities downstairs. no lift is available. Gateshead store is wheelchair friendly with ease of access to the ground floor and has toilet facilities availabe for a wheelchair.

Expenses reimbursed
Volunteers need to work three days and use the cheapest form of public transport, tickets will be reimbused on the following shift.
Ongoing support
all Volunteers will be supported by a fully trained member of Staff and other volunteers
Training provided
Volunteer induction
Volunteers are trained in Health and Safety and given a full induction on the first taster session
