Social Media and Communications Intern

Tell the story of Dialogue Society projects across North East England.

What you will do

• Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with regional projects, events and campaigns.
• Collect approved updates, photographs, quotations and impact information from project teams.
• Write and format the monthly newsletter and draft engaging social media content.
• Create simple branded graphics and schedule approved posts across relevant platforms.
• Maintain an organised content library and prepare a concise monthly analytics summary

COMMITMENT Minimum 12 hours per week

DURATION Minimum 6 month

WORKING ARRANGEMENT Hybrid: office day + remote

Skills

SUITABLE BACKGROUNDS

• Communications, Marketing,Journalism, Digital Media, Graphic Design or another relevant subject area.

ROLE-SPECIFIC STRENGTHS

• Clear writing, digital content creation, attention to detail, deadline management and brand awareness.

COMMON REQUIREMENTS

• A 2:1 degree or above in any subject.
• Determined, enthusiastic and respectful.
