SUNDERLAND Impact Measurement Volunteer

We require volunteers who are interested in enabling us to capture the impact of our work to ensure we can report on our achievements and present them.

They will be working alongside our staff, to support processes such as creating case studies and exits.

• Contracting clients to gather exit and evaluation data and feedback
• Creating case studies showcasing clients’ journey
• Inputting data from activities into the Lamplight case management / data system
• Compliance with GDPR rules
• Support with carrying out the annual client survey of 10% of all randomly selected client
