Sales Representative

Reports to: Sales Manager

The Sales Representative supports the Sales Manager in direct customer engagement and relationship building, focusing on lead qualification, product demonstrations, and customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify and nurture leads generated through marketing activities
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
• Support trade show activities and lead follow-up processes 
• Manage customer onboarding and post-purchase support 
• Maintain CRM system data and customer communication records
• Assist with distribution partner relationship management
• Provide customer feedback to inform product and marketing improvements
• Support sales process documentation and optimization initiatives
