Fawdon Community Library has been wholly run by volunteers since 2015. We are looking to strengthen our board by adding a tresurer to help keep the library account and finances in order . This can be a remote and in library role with flexible hours but the treasurer would need to attend at least quarterly meetings to inform the board of financial situation
- keeping record of all income and outgoings (rent, book purchases etc)
- preparation of Annual Accounts for AGM
Occasional shifts of 3 hours in the library (not Treasurer-related) but this is not essential
