The ambassador volunteers champion the charity and help us connect with individuals, communities, businesses or healthcare professionals. In this role you could make positive difference either by sharing our campaigns and petitions online or by delivering in-person events and talks to inspire people to get involved with what we do.
The hours are flexible depending on your availability and you can choose to focus on raising awareness with local communities, health providers or schools.
We will provide volunteer induction and role specific training, resources, a direct team contact, and we’ll refund all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred while volunteering. Please note that if you decide to raise awareness in schools a DBS check will be required, and we can support you and cover any incurred costs for this.
