- Welcome participants into weekly Meet and Move classes
- Assist the instructor in the delivery of exercises
- Help to support patients who may need help or encouragement with exercise
- Working towards being confident to demonstrate exercises in front of a class

Skills

Essential:
- Good communication skills
- An interest in health and wellbeing

- An interest in working with older people to enhance their mobility, independence and reduce social isolation.

-Medically fit to perform exercises

- A willingness to learn

This role would particularly suit someone who has experience or is training in the following areas.

- Healthcare

- Health and Wellbeing

- Fitness training
