Marketing and brand development manager

The Marketing Manager serves as the strategic leader for all marketing activities and the primary architect of brand development during the critical foundation phase.

The Marketing Manager must demonstrate proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively with limited resources to achieve maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee brand development, messaging, and positioning across all channels
• Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI measurement across all activities
• Coordinate content creation, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns
• Establish marketing processes, systems, and performance measurement frameworks
• Collaborate with Dr. Ahmed on professional endorsement and credibility initiatives
• Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and service providers
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Develop customer personas, journey mapping, and segmentation strategies
• Create and maintain marketing calendar and campaign scheduling
