Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Officer to join our team for a 6–12-month role. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community engagement, administration, and communications within the non-profit sector. The Client Relations Officer will play a key role in managing client and partner interactions, supporting administrative functions, and enhancing our digital outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, volunteers, and partner organisations.
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain and update client records, correspondence, and reports.
- Assist in project coordination, community outreach, and event planning.
- Support the management of social media pages and online engagement.
- Create and schedule digital content to promote awareness and participation.

Students or recent graduates seeking experience in client relations, community development, charity administration, or communications
Duration: 6–12 months
