Working closely with our Centre Coordinator and trustees, we are looking for volunteers to help with key admin tasks that support the day-to-day running and promotion of activities at The Hearth Arts Centre.
Whether you're looking to build experience, explore your interest in business admin, social media and marketing, or simply contribute to a vibrant local charity, this role.
What’s involved?
- Support the Centre Coordinator with admin tasks such as data entry, correspondence, filing, and event logistics
- Help promote our events, film club, open studios / art fairs, and workshops through social media or supporting with distributing leaflets
- Create and schedule engaging posts to highlight what’s happening at The Hearth
- Assist in maintaining a safe, organised and welcoming space

Most of this role can be done remotely, but if you’d like to spend time working within the Arts Centre you would be very welcome

The Hearth Arts Centre is within a listed building, upper-floors are not accessibly by lift. It is unlikely that the postholder would be required to carryout duties in this space and all the activities can be done remotely if preferred. - Age restrictions
