Whether you see yourself creatively dressing windows, sorting and preparing stock, or front and centre behind the till, retail volunteering is a fantastic way to meet new people, gain experience and skills for your CV and of course to generate income for our wonderful Hospice.

Skills

Communication - A friendly approachable manner when speaking to customers and fellow team members
Teamwork - The ability to work well with a diverse group of people to keep the shop running smoothly.
Customer Service - The ability to make customers feel welcome and assist them with their needs.
Proactive and Self Motivated - Seeing what needs to be done-like tidying a messy rail or restocking a shelf.
Trustworthy and Honest - Demonstrating strong integrity, especially when handling donations and cash transactions
