Hairdresser/Barber Volunteer

Brighten someone’s day at our Newcastle Hospice.

We’re looking for a friendly, compassionate Volunteer Hairdresser/Barber to support our service and help us make people feel their best.

This is a wonderful opportunity to use your professional skills to brighten someone’s day, boost confidence, and create moments of real connection.

What you’ll do:

• Providing hairdressing/Barbering services such as trims, blow-dries, and styling
• Offering a warm, person-centred experience for the individuals you support
• Creating a relaxed, comfortable environment for those receiving the service
• Working alongside staff and other volunteers as part of our supportive team
  
• Availability: 1-2 hours per week - flexible to suit your schedule Requirements

Age 18+.

Criminal Record Check provided by Marie Curie.
