- Manage and schedule content across our social media channels.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, graphics and short videos.
- Support the planning and delivery of awareness, fundraising and community engagement campaigns.
- Help grow our online audience and increase engagement across platforms.
- Write news updates, impact stories and other communications highlighting our work.
- Assist with website content updates and email newsletters where required.
- Monitor basic social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
Skills
- An interest in the charity sector and social impact.
- Previous experience or knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Creativity, initiative and a proactive approach.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok is desirable
