Shop Floor Volunteer 1
As a Shop Floor 1 volunteer you will provide a first-class customer service experience, ensuring customers find everything they need during their visit and the store's front of house is maintained to a high standard and remains well stocked.
You will engage with our customers both on arrival and when they depart the store, as well as queries they might have during their visit. You will also support other members of the team with merchandising displays and stock management to ensure the store is inviting for our customers.

What you will be doing
Assisting customers by greeting them when they enter the store and thanking them when they leave, helping them find any items they are looking for, and covering changing rooms.
Work with other volunteers to have a good knowledge of areas of stock and support customers with general questions and queries
Assist customers with their donations and support the store with gift aid sign up.
Support with covering the till when needed
Support the implementation of seasonal campaigns and promotional activities in-line with the stores marketing activity plan
Ensure the store remains clean and tidy, health and safety procedures and security measures are adhered to
