Help us build a stronger society behind the scenes.
Our Trustees are the dream builders who keep our Group on track so young people can gain skills for life. You’ll live by our values of integrity and respect to help us grow.
You will:
- Play your part in a team that makes the big decisions about our Group's future and finances.
- Support our volunteers by making sure they have the tools and space they need to deliver inspiring adventures.
- Think for yourself to help us solve problems and stay safe, inclusive, and grounded.
- See the big picture to help us connect with our local community and muck in where it matters most.
- Step up into a leadership role to help us stay organised and optimistic.
Skills
You look like a future maker. We’re looking for someone who can help us see the big picture and plan for the brilliant things we’ll achieve together in the years to come.
We need people who are:
- Dream builders: You have a vision for how we can grow and make an even bigger impact in our local community.
- Big picture thinkers: You enjoy looking ahead and thinking about how we can help more young people gain skills for life.
- Story changers: You understand that when we change the start of a young person's story, we change their whole story for the better.
- Optimistic and inspiring: You’re ready to help us build a stronger society by planning for a bright, inclusive future.
- Sticking at it: You have the tenacity to stay focused on our long-term goals, even when we’re dealing with the tricky challenges of today.
- Believers in the future: You're passionate about helping the next generation of future makers get the best start possible.
