If you want to volunteer but can only commit short burst of time, our Micro Volunteer role could be perfect for you.

Your skills and experience can help provide vital support to a project or event, volunteering time as a one-off or ongoing, when needed.


Having a small staff team means support from Micro Volunteers can give a much needed boost to a project or event.

The support you provide can be a one-off day or ongoing support, dipping in and out of different events and projects.

Tasks you may be able to help with include:

  • Sharing your views as part of a focus group
  • Manning a cheer point at an event such as the London Marathon, Great North Run or RideLondon 100
  • Using your skills and knowledge to help shape a a new campaign or resource
  • Supporting PSPA events such as the Family and Friends day
  • Attending a cheque presentation on behalf of PSPA.
