Sales Manager

Reports to: Dr. Ahmed Abdelrahman (CEO)

The Sales Manager leads all direct sales activities and relationship building with dental professionals, practices, and distribution partners.

The Sales Manager must understand the dental market dynamics, professional decision-making processes, and the importance of clinical credibility in equipment purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy and processes
• Build and manage relationships with key accounts and strategic customers
• Identify and develop distribution partnerships and channel relationships
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM system implementation
• Coordinate with marketing team on lead qualification and nurturing processes
• Represent Easysee at trade shows, conferences, and professional events
• Develop sales training materials and processes for future team expansion
• Conduct product demonstrations and professional presentations
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners
• Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategy
